Measuring centre practices will be supplied with a digitizer and OrthoWin SQL software to produce custom-made insoles created by your mill order. The Production centre receives the mill order and the insoles are milled accordingly for fitting.
A Production Centres purpose is to receive the Measuring Centres data, where the insoles will be milled accordingly for your patients fitting, the insoles are then returned to the Measuring Centre. Information, such as pathology, patient history, milling block material and cover material is included in the mill order to ensure the patients requirements are met. Production Centres are supplied with a CNC Milling machine and Orthema milling blocks.
